Return Policy

1-Year Warranty provides a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase on most products. Some products may have longer manufacturer warranties which we will honor as well.

30-Day Guarantee

All of our products are backed by our 30-Day Guarantee, no questions asked.  If you want to return merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was initially shipped to you from, please follow the return authorization instructions below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.  You must include a copy of your original invoice when returning item(s).  Items must be returned in original packaging, clean, and ready for resale. Refunds after 30 days will be credited the purchase price, minus a 20% restocking fee.  No returns after 90 days.  Any item modified such as cut wire etc., or special order item is not eligible for return.

Defective Product Return

We stand by the high quality of our products. If any product becomes defective within 1-year, we want to fix the problem.  All defective products may be returned within 1-year of receipt for a replacement. will only give a replacement for a defective item. Refunds are not given for defective items. 

Once an item has been determined to be defective, please immediately contact Customer Service at or (877) 717-2834 for a Return Authorization ("RMA"). Please write this number down on the copy of your original receipt along with your contact information.

After you have received your RMA number, please reorder the exact product again at our website using ground shipping. Credit will only be given for ground shipping. If you wish your items to be shipped sooner, you must pay for the other shipping options.

In your replacement order,we will include a pre-paid shipping label for you to send your defective product back to us*. Please attach this label to the outside of the box which contains your returned product along with a copy of the original invoice as described above.

Irrigation Supply Outlet will refund you the purchase price of the defective item and the shipping cost once we receive your defective product. We will call you for your credit account information using the phone number you provided us.

Return Authorization Instructions

In order for us to process your return effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RMA") before sending anything back. To request an RMA, contact Customer Service at or (877) 717-2834.  No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.

Shipping Policy

Guaranteed Shipping:

If we receive your order on any business day before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time, we will ship your order that business day guaranteed. (applies to in-stock items only. Does not guarantee against adverse weather conditions or natural disasters as defined by carrier)

Delivery Days:

Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding major holidays.


UPS will only deliver to a physical address. If you are unsure if UPS delivers to your address, please contact UPS at and ask them before placing your order.

Delivery Schedule & Costs:

We calculate shipping charges and transit time based on your shipping zip code and the total weight of your order. To view all of your shipping options and costs simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.  At the time of placing your order, you can enter your zip/postal code information and we will present a list of shipping options to you.

Shipping charges for returns: does not refund any shipping costs except for defective items (see above).  Customers are responsible for all "to" and "from" shipping charges associated with shipping warranty items to and back to the customer. Customers will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Otherwise, qualified refunds will be credited the purchase price, minus the actual shipping charges (for orders that qualified for free shipping) incurred in initially shipping the item to you. COD's are not accepted.

Free Shipping Offer:

Irrigation Supply Outlet's offer for Free Shipping on orders of $149.00 or more only applies to Standard UPS ground shipping method. The $149.00 minimum purchase requirement does not include the cost of shipping/freight and applicable tax. Items that require freight do not qualify for this Free Shipping offer. This offer is also not valid for areas outside the Continental U.S.

Freight (Heavy Items):

Certain items may require freight due to heavy weight. Cost varies per item. Please see individual items for applicable freight charge. At this time, we only offer ground freight shipping. If you need a different method of freight shipping other than ground, please call us at (877) 717-2834. Free Shipping offers do not apply to freight items.
